Our microbiology laboratory is a full-service diagnostic lab that performs testing for a full range of pathogens along with indicator bacteria.

Analysis techniques include multiple tube fermentation, direct plating using agar, enrichments with isolation of potential pathogens, and real-time PCR diagnostics.

We have incubators that are set to specific temperatures to isolate the bacteria of interest.  Exact Scientific Services has an isolated autoclave room designated for waste only.  We make all of our own agars and broths, with a controlled sterile room for production.
