Our allergen laboratory is a full-service diagnostic lab that performs testing for a full range of allergens.

Analysis techniques includes sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (S-ELISA), and real-time PCR diagnostics.

The allergen is extracted from the sample ran through a antibody coated well plate.  The detector antibody binds to the allergen and color develops.  A stopping reagent is added and the color is measured to obtain optical densities.  The density is compared to a standard curved and the samples are plotted against the curve to calculate a concentration.
