The new Amazon seller requirements are confusing and we are doing our best to figure out what are the requirements.  The most important item to us, is to help our clients meet those requirements.

Can you still use Exact Scientific Services, Inc?

Yes, we are an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory and we meet the requirement for data submission.   Amazon is requiring all documentation to run thru one of the three Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) organizations.

We will need authorization from you the client to send any report to anyone not on the authorization from you fill out as a client.  Every chain of custody is a contract between our clients and us and we cannot and will not release information without your authorization.

What do I need as a Amazon Seller?

• A Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by a laboratory that possess an ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
• This COA must include the Product name, batch/lot number or date code of the finished product tested
• Name and address of the laboratory issuing the COA. Along with their ISO/IEC accreditation number.
• Results from the accredited laboratory to support the ingredient claims on the facts panel.
• The quantitative results and method used for each of the claims tested.

The confusing portion of the site is the requirement of testing and by whom.  Exact Scientific Services, Inc is still able to test your products and submit results to one of the three Third-party testing, Inspection and Certification verifiers (TICS). It was the understanding from the Amazon webinar and follow up documentation that only sexual enhancement, weight loss and bodybuilding and sports nutrition products require testing for the active pharmaceutical ingredient screen at one of the TICs.

Our COA’s meet the approved verification services that Amazon states on their webpage.  We are an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab and we have a long list of methods on our scope of accreditation.
